I loved everything about the hotel !!! The view , the architecture, the location . The amazing friendly staff ,as you arrive you feel welcomed into the best vacation ! Best breakfast menu I have ever experienced in Acapulco . I spent 4 nights , should have stayed at least a week . I will definitely plan to go back soon.

The staff at the check out are overcharging our account. No one has the solution since we left on Sunday, haven’t call us back to correct such mistake.
